Information concerning the collection of personal data in accordance with Articles 13, 14 and 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

2. What sources and data do we use?
We process your personal data which we collect from you from contractual and precontractual activities required for our business relations with you.
Specifically, the following data is processed:
· business contact data of the contact persons at our customers and other business partners
3. For what purpose do we process your data and on what legal basis?
Gusco Handel G. Schürfeld + Co. GmbH processes personal data arising from the performance of contracts during the precontractual phase. We only process names and business contact data.
The legal basis for this is Article 6 (1b) of the GDPR.
We process personal data during the provision of customer services either on the basis of your consent or on the basis of our legitimate interests in the light of your interest in having your personal data protected.
The legal basis for this is Article 6 (1a) and (1f) of the GDPR.
4. Who gets your data?
We do not transmit any data to unauthorized third parties.
However, data is transmitted in the performance of the contract with natural persons to
· - external suppliers in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR
to the necessary extent.
5. Is your data transmitted to third countries or international organizations?
There are no plans to transmit your data to third countries or international organizations.
6. For what period do we store your data?
Your personal data is deleted after the expiry of the statutory archiving periods, e.g. as stipulated in the German Civil Code, the German Commercial Code and the German Tax Code.
Data that does not come within the scope of these statutes is deleted as soon as the purpose for which it was collected ceases to exist.
7. What other data protection rights do you have?
You have the right to demand from Gusco Handel G. Schürfeld + Co. GmbH information on what personal data we process (Art. 15 of the GDPR).&xnbsp; You also have the right to request the rectification (Art. 16 of the GDPR) and the erasure (Art. 17 of the GDPR) of your data and the restriction of processing of your data (Art. 18 of the GDPR) as well as the right to data portability (Art. 20 of the GDPR).&xnbsp;&xnbsp;&xnbsp;
Moreover, you have a right to lodge an objection with the responsible data protection supervisory authority at any time. Please contact the Data Protection Office in Hamburg for this purpose.
8. What rights of objection do you have?
If you have granted your consent to the processing of your data (Art. 6 (1a) and Art. 9 (2a)), you may revoke this consent at any time.&xnbsp;
You may also object to the processing of your personal data under Art. 21 of the GDPR.
If you lodge an objection, we will cease to process your data unless we can prove that we have a legitimate interest in processing the data that overrides your interests, rights and freedom or it is necessary for us to process the data in order to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
